How do I restore my purchases?

Open the in-game Shop and tap Restore Purchases. Starter-race unlocks (non-consumables) are restored automatically; consumables (level-ups, army packs) are delivered at purchase time and banked until used, stored on your device.

I bought something but didn't receive it.

Purchases are delivered by Apple's StoreKit. Force-quit and relaunch the game, then check the Shop balances (Level-Ups / Army). If the item is still missing, contact us with your App Store receipt and we will help resolve it.

Where can I see the odds for random drops?

All randomized in-game drops are free and their odds are published in-game: Shop → Drop Rates.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple: visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.

Does the game collect my data?

No. See our Privacy Policy — the game collects no personal data, has no ads, and requires no account.

The game feels too hard after a few minutes.

That is the design — an endless run is meant to end. Level up your races, hunt elites for recruits, and use items (FREEZE / BERSERK / GHOST) against deep bosses. Every race and item is earnable free, in-run.
